TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HBC ENGINEERING AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities • Token value fluctuations or market losses • Unauthorized access to your account or data • Errors or inaccuracies in platform content • Any third-party actions or content Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination: • Your right to access the platform will immediately cease • You must cease all use of our services • Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect • You may still be able to withdraw any unlocked tokens to an external wallet You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through: 1. Good faith negotiation between the parties 2. Binding arbitration in Atlanta, Georgia if negotiation fails 3. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Fulton County, Georgia for injunctive relief You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against HBC Engineering.
